RESEARCH 101 - DEMOCRATIZING RESEARCH

In this project, I worked with another UX researcher to plan and execute a series of Research 101 courses in order to facilitate understanding and knowledge of research in our design team, product owners and product manager, and our IT counterparts.

Our goal with this initiative is to democratize research within our organization while also giving more visibility to the UX research that is conducted. We did everything from creating slide decks and templates for people to use to creating and maintaining a research repository so the research that's being done is visible and accessible.
